Those who are willing to submit their papers in Elsevier journals can find the average review time through the matrix shown at each journal homepage.

One of the section, Journal Insights, gives three links, out of which, the speed shows the review time a journal takes during the review. Although, it is an average review time, it helps us to further decides the journals.
